How to find a practitioner
How do I know which type of treatment to choose?
We do not recommend practitioners and you may need to do some research.
Go to the official website for a particular treatment. Read it and see what is involved. Contact the organisation, possibly talking to someone who will help you. If you have a practitioner in your area, contact them to find out what they can help with. Sometimes you can have a free short meeting with a practitioner to help you decide.
If the practitioner has not heard of The Anastasia Care Trust, direct them to our website or ask them to contact us and we will explain.

See our list of complementary practitioner organisations for a full list of complementary treatments we can help you with. We only pay towards the fees of practitioners who are fully trained, registered and insured and belong to the organisations listed on 'list of complementary practitioner organisations'. Our support fees go direct to the practitioner.
