Your Answers:
Do you pay all the cost of treatments?
No, we pay a percentage, eg 50%. The highest percentage we pay is usually 75%.
If I need a course of treatments, will you pay towards each of the treatments?
Yes, we will.
Note that we currently have a cap of £400 per person per year towards treatments. We are planning to raise this amount as we get more funds.
Do you pay towards operations?
No, we don’t. We only pay towards complementary treatments.
Do you recommend practitioners?
No, we don’t recommend practitioners. Please check out our 'Find a Practitioner’ guide. You may also need to do some research.
What if I don’t know which type of treatment to choose?
- Visit the official website for a particular treatment.
- Read the information it gives you.
- Phone up and get more information.
- If you have practitioners in your area, contact them to find out what they can help with.
- Often you can have a free short consultation with a practitioner to help you decide.
What if the practitioner has not heard of The Anastasia Care Trust?
If the practitioner hasn't yet heard of the Anastasia Care Trust, ask them to contact us and we will explain to them.
How is the Trust’s funding paid?
Funding goes directly to the practice or clinic where you are receiving your treatment. It does NOT go to the applicant.
How do I know the practitioners are properly trained and insured?
They belong to organisations which can only be joined by accredited practitioners.
Also check with the practitioners when you contact them.
Please Note: All children/young people up to the age of 18 years old are to be accompanied by an adult. This is standard practice when treatments are given. Some adults will need accompanying, depending on their circumstances.
